I have emailed everyone a copy of the actionplan for both precamps 1 and 2. Please read it thoroughly, especially the GIs because you all will be very important! Remind everyone to check their emails please.

Hey all!!!!
These are 2 competitions U dun wanna miss!!!!
1)Surf & Sweat at Sentosa ---- 4th Feb (sun)
We're playing FRISBEE, unless any1 knows how to surf!
REGISTRATION IS BY 19 JAN.. SO MUST BE FAST!
We need 5+1 reserve, & minimum 2 girls!!! So please please join leh!! haha i really want to play 1!!!!

ORIENTATION 07.
Okay people. Tomorrow is the historic day when J1s look upon us in all our tremendous might and glory, so I need these preparations to be done by tomorrow. Or else, 格杀勿论。
Orientation forms to be out on the bench. 70 copies.
Orientation hike poster. 1 copy.
Jiexun, please bring your amplifier.
Aaron, please bring your laptop, and extension cables.
I need you people to SPREAD OUT ALL OVER THE SCHOOL. Anyone found loitering near the bench or slacking, 千刀万剐。
Only 4 people are to remain at the bench.
Me fungmin, hanyun and lujie.
6 people will be at the marshmallow pit.
Lianjoo, kaixiong, waikuan, pengsing, huijin, aaron.
The rest of us will bring around cards in your hands, wander around the school like the attractive OAC people you all are, and give out cards to the impressionable j1s.
Tell them, most importantly:
how to go to the OAC booth.
How to exchange cards for marshmallows.
Marshmallows are limited. Hurry!
Unleash your witty repertoire on them as fit.
Everyone please meet at the OAC bench as son as class is dismissed. Will set off for qm room 10 minutes after class dismissal.
Junhua, Hanyun remain at bench to ensure the bench remains empty.
Marshmallow people prepare marshmallow things.
Guys go and help out in washing the bbq pit. It’s wet and dirty now. Sian.
Waikuan and weixiang go and borrow projector.
During the cca orientation, any emergency, inspiration, or requires logistics support, please report at OAC bench. Or call Mou, Lianjoo, or Kaixiong.

1. Finalise dates, make sure everyone/most will be able to make it on that day.
-Precamp 1 – 17 Jan
-Precamp 2 – 24 Jan
-QM Day – 26 Jan?
-Recee Sessions – To be decided…???
-Another final meeting before OH to be decided.
2. Pass respective ICs their instructions and/or action plans.
- Precamp activities and lessons to be carried out.
- Logistics List
- Packing List
- Routes
- Games
3. Secretary is to take note of the following which are to be done before CCA Orientation (10 Jan Wed)
-Consent Forms
-Particulars Form (For contact information.)
-Packing List for participants, and some OH info (Only to be given out after handing in consent forms)
-Photocopy and collect the forms. Approx. 60 copies each.
4. Finalise publicity stuff. Dates have been confirmed, approval from school for morning announcement and posters are to be granted asap.
5. Distribute OH Day roles and swearing that they’ll be able to make it on the day itself.
-Runners – 2 to 3 people
-Station ICs – 6 people
-Campers – 3 to 4 people
-GIs – 12 people
on behalf of your friendly secretary (:
